Xuan Fu Hua, or Inula Flower (Flos Inulae), is the dried flower head of Inula japonica, a traditional herb from the Asteraceae family. Slightly warm in nature and bitter-pungent in taste, it enters the Lung, Stomach, Liver, and Large Intestine meridians.
