海螵蛸（Hai Piao Xiao）为墨鱼科动物无针乌贼 (Sepia esculenta)等的内壳，是中医中常用的收敛止血、制酸止痛、收湿敛疮药物。性微温，味咸、涩，归肝、肾、胃经，常用于胃痛泛酸、吐血便血、妇科崩漏、湿疹久不收口、外伤溃疡等症，亦可外用敷敛。

Hai Piao Xiao, also known as Cuttlebone or Ossa Sepiae, is the internal shell of cuttlefish (Sepia esculenta and related species). In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is widely used to stop bleeding, reduce acidity and pain, and promote wound healing. Slightly warm in nature and salty and astringent in taste, it enters the Liver, Kidney, and Stomach meridians.
